If you received “Cannot remove device driver” or “Cannot remove files” or similar errors when uninstalling Sony Ericsson PC Suite which came together with your cellular phone (my version is 1.30.8), it’s probably due to the fact that you installed PC Suite in location other than C:\Program Files\Sony Ericsson\Mobile2. The error message will keep on popping up once you clicked the OK button.

To solve this, cancel the uninstallation. Copy the “Driver” folder in “x:\CustomizedPath\Sony Ericsson\Mobile2″ to “C:\Program Files\Sony Ericsson\Mobile2″ (create the folder if necessary). Then only remove the program. The errors should not bug you by now. Once done, you can safely remove C:\Program Files\Sony Ericsson folder.
