In my opinion, one reason why I don’t like to go certain place for food compares to others is — parking boy. Even though the parking fee is reasonable (E.g. RM0.30 per half an hour), many parking boys or even uncles like to write down incorrect time. For example, if you arrived at 7:00PM, they will state in the ticket that you arrived at 6:50PM. When you returned to the car at 7:30PM, for some reasons their Casio Rolex watch can fast forward 10 minutes, and charge you 1 hour parking fee (from 6:50PM to 7:30PM).
Also, the handwriting on receipts is worse than the handwriting on talisman. Most receipts do not have carbon copy as well. Some tickets are not issued by city council.
After years of dissatisfaction, here are what I did if I saw a ticket pasted on my wind glass:
1. Take it out.
2. See if the ticket boy is around.
3. If yes and he saw you, wave your hand to him and make payment.
4. If yes and he did not see you, proceed to step 5.
5. Jump into your car, start your engine and drive away.
