How many Japanese restaurants is too many? Located in i-Avenue is another Japanese restaurant called Tsuruya (鹤屋). Judging from the environment, it is another hi-class Japanese restaurant. It has low tables in which you have to take off your shoe for dining.

BRAVO! Italy at I-Avenue

More than a year ago, I visited an Italian restaurant called Little Italy in Bukit Jambul (opposite of i-Avenue). It is a romantic little cafe “hidden” from the main road. Few months later, thinking on reviewing it, I returned to the same place but it has turned into a motorbike shop!

Restoran Yaki Teppan – Probably the most affordable in town

Located same row with Hakka Mee shop is a Japanese restaurant called Yaki Teppan. As the name applies, it is famous with teppanyaki. There is a counter in which chefs are preparing food on metal plates. When the restaurant is crowded, the dining hall may become smoky. The situation, however, seems improving now.
