It was Christmas day and I was invited by my friend for BBQ in her house at Sungai Ara, Penang. It had been years since I last having BBQ.
Of course, other than BBQ we have some ready-made dishes. The curry chicken texture is nice and tastes sweet. The beehoon is finished even before all guests arrived. We have Loh Bak as well, which tasted good and reminding me of the one in Island Red Cafe.
Koi pond! That’s what I am talking about. The pond is nicely designed with lighting system at night. Unlike mine one which “run like hell” when seeing people pass by, the Kois swimming peacefully… but is kind of overfeeded.
As a whole, an enjoyable evening even though tired setting up and controlling fire in front of the BBQ grill for the whole evening.
