Compared to chicken rice shops, duck rice shops are lesser in Penang. Other than the shops I visited in Taman Pekaka (here and here), there is another one at Hutton Road (after KissA Koyotei), namely Fu Wang Special Roasted Duck (富煌烧腊饭).

Kek Lok Si Lighting 2009

Each year during Chinese New Year, Kek Lok Si (极乐寺) at Air Itam, Penang will be lighten up with beautiful lights at night and will last for about 30 days. I did not visit it previously but this year, I paid it the first visit in the evening.

Tao Authentic Asian Cuisine is not new in Penang. There are two branches here at E-Gate and Autocity respectively. There are reviews around saying that Autocity one is better. We were in the island and to avoid traffic jam on bridge we choose the one in E-Gate for our dinner.
