Service is horrible!! Went there on a Saturday night. The restaurant was busy but not THAT busy. There were still empty tables available. We patiently waited to be seated. NO ONE came to greet us or bring us to our table. We were TOATLLY IGNORED by the waiters. We then looked for a table on our own. We sat next to a s**t-for-brains couple who were smoking. There were children around and they were smoking in an air-conditioned restaurant. The staff did nothing. Isn’t smoking in an air-conditioned restaurant forbidden? We then swiched tables away for the smokers. Only then the waiter came over after being told quite loudly by the senior waiter that the table we were sitting was reserved. There was no sign on the table indicating that the table was reserved. Naturally we spewed on the waiter. Then we walked out. I am NEVER going to this resuatrant again. Strictly for those who love being ignored and ill-treated by waiters.

The china man that runs ingolf is rude and arrogant ….treats customers badly and closes before time 2.15 instead of 2.30 for lunch because he needs to go home ….way to go another restuarant ruined when owner does not show up ……also alot drunks at the bar!
