Yeah, it is “dried” (toasted) version. For steamed custard bun (Polo bao) probably will need to get it in dim sum restaurants… will help you look around when having dim sum breakfast next time. Haha…

There is one in Queensbay – HK Wong Kok which is next to Johnny restaurant. I tried once and it was not bad.
