Bali Hai Seafood Market

As a whole, the restaurant (or market) offers variety of tasty seafood. The environment is cozy and parking space is provided behind the restaurant. It is good for once-in-a-while gathering. The price, however, can be at expensive side compared to other restaurants. It is expected anyway as it is located at Gurney drive, a tourist area.

At first glance, this restaurant provides variety of pastas, as well as pizza. Having 30% discount for students and no tax applied are really a plus. I only spent about RM27 that day after discount. Will try their pizza next time.

As a whole, I would recommend this restaurant as a place to enjoy BBQ and hanging out with friends. The price may not be the cheapest (we spent more than RM1k that night) but it is expected due to its environment and service quality. The service is good and the hosts are friendly as well (One of my friends told me that the host looked handsome as well… si peh beh ngam). Will visit this restaurant again if I found car park there.

As a whole, having DIY BBQ is an enjoyable experience here. The charcoal makes the meat more delight and tender. Compared to a competitor nearby, the slices may be too thinto eat alone (that’s why it came with rice) and the portion may be too small. This will be a place to enjoy rather than to fill your stomach.

As a whole, I would recommend this restaurant. The food are good and the price is reasonable. It is proven during lunch time in which some customers have to wait outside waiting for tables.
