水中花篮 Flowering Red Amaranth

When I visited Canton-i last week, I was amazed by their flower teas (工艺花茶), which was nicely tied and presented in a glass. Then, I found one article in newspaper regarding the origin of this kind of flower teas.

It was introduced by a 37 years old female operator from Fu’an (福安), Fujian (福建) province, China. She had spent 4 years in R&D and distributed the flower teas to other countries. The production value was RMB 100 millions in year 2008. Now, Fu’an becomes the largest flower tea maker in China.

See, even operator also better than cheap engineer like me.

Here are some tricks to eat more and “earn” your money back when having buffet:

1. Try NOT to eat fried food. They are usually oily and can affect your appetite.
2. Don’t drink too much drink or soup. This will fill up your tummy fast.
3. Don’t eat fruit first. Fruit contains juice and again will fill up your tummy easily.
4. Mark on expensive food, such as salmon fish, fresh oyster.
5. When starting to get full, eat some dessert. Your appetite will return.
6. IMHO, don’t take too much rice as well.
