Honey good for health. Period.

Personally I squeeze a lemon and mix it with a soup spoon honey (whatever brand) with half glass of warm water first thing in the morning. Note that the water should not be too hot or else it will destroy the nutrition of the honey. Vivian Chow 周慧敏 and Lin Chi-Ling 林志玲 had this kind of practice as well.
