Bak Chang DIY for Dummies

Other than introducing eating place, I plan to add another section in my blog – my own cooking. 6/16 (五月初五) is Dumpling Festival (端午节). The easiest way to get a dumpling (肉棕) is to go out and buy. Of course, you can also DIY. This is my first time wrapping dumplings, which consists of streaky pork, salty egg, chestnut, mushroom, and scallops. There are some lengthy process so let’s get started!
