It is a well decorated air-conditioned Indian restaurant in the street full of Indian shops. Karaikudi is actually a city name in Tamil Nadu state, just north of Kerala.
Located near East Coast Food Centre (东海岸饮食中心) at Air Itam is a newly opened cafe called Aquatic Cafe. As the name applies, it has something to do with fishes.

It is located in Krystal Point, on the left of the Krystal Point Hotel. It is adviced to be there around 12PM for lunch or else it may be too crowded with mostly working class.
