For those know us well, Wantan Mee is our favorite noodle. It was one weekend morning when we stumbled upon Chee Meng Cafe (GPS: 5.42129,100.33118) at Argyill Road, George Town, Penang. Did we see this shop before? No. So, we decided to give it a try, and we had no regret doing so as it was the first time we found out soup version of Wantan Mee tasted better than the usual dry Wan Tan Mee.

Beep Beep Q
BBQ is perhaps one of the activities we enjoyed back in school days in which a group of friends bring along raw ingredients, drinks, paper plates/cups, and charcoal to setup fire in an open space or BBQ corner in some apartments. This group activity is getting lesser and lesser as we started working or moving into city. In Penang islalnd, if you miss the smokey chicken, Beep Beep Q is the answer.
Seafood Extravaganza @ E&O Hotel
Back in March 2013, we visited E&O Hotel in George Town, Penang for its seafood buffet previously known as Chef Petr’s Catch Extravaganza. After 1.5 years, we revisited this Wednesday buffet again at Sarkies of E&O Hotel with new naming – Seafood Extravaganza.
Hungry Fish
Due to distance issue and a little narrow road of Perak Road, Penang, I seldom visit restaurants there until recently. There are some changes and developments, including the bye-bye of O2Leaf (replaced with Post Cafe) and new Hungry Fish cafe which we are going to review in this post.
