At first glance, an all-in-one device at an affordable price (RM1599). It looks like the China’s Android “iPad” before the real iPad released however this one definitely better than its “predecessor”. The ability to make calls and 18 months warranty are definitely a plus for this device. CSL has its advantages of releasing this device early as next year would be the year of smart pads and competitions can be high that time. Perhaps the only things remained unknown is the battery life, hardware quality and software stability.

We were still not full with only one plate of braised pork leg and we ordered another one. It was delicious especially on the fat portion. I took 2.5 plates of rice and six of us spent about RM90 there. I could see some white collars enjoying lunch there as well. Note that it only open from 9am to 3:30pm. Will visit this restaurant again on their pork legs and stuffed fishes.

One thing to comment on was the price on the western food. Compared to prices shown in some blogs back in year 2009, the price had increased 50 cents when I last dine in on August 2010. Only mushroom soup remained unchanged. It was understandable since daily goods increased as well. However, personally I felt that the service quality could be better. Almost all staffs had “you-own-them-money” look. Western food, local attitude. Maybe it costs hundred of dollars to smile. With so many western restaurants mushrooming around, there are better choices out there.

If you are sharing your meal with friends/colleagues and worrying it could be over budget, this is a good place to dine in. A tips is to compare the price of the same item in ala-carte menu and pick the most expensive one. It was a common place to conduct event. It even has a ballroom dancing floor. Parking could be a bit difficult and you may get charged for the parking fee.
