Each time I looking for food in Plaza Ivory, I have to drive few rounds before getting a parking space. There is a place where students can hang out there – Roti Bakar Kopitiam (炭烤面包), which opened until 11:30pm with Wi-Fi service.

Exercise while starving won’t reduce weight
Logically, when you starving, you eat more. For those doing exercise just for the sake of reducing weight, don’t do so while you are starving. It just makes you eat more after exercise and make no different in weight loss.

How is your Chinese New Year holiday? Many people returned to work this week. This new year I ate many yee sang, hoping to get a better job and salary ;)) Two of them are in Japanese restaurant, including Sakae Sushi which I am going to review later.

Compared to chicken rice shops, duck rice shops are lesser in Penang. Other than the shops I visited in Taman Pekaka (here and here), there is another one at Hutton Road (after KissA Koyotei), namely Fu Wang Special Roasted Duck (富煌烧腊饭).

Each year during Chinese New Year, Kek Lok Si (极乐寺) at Air Itam, Penang will be lighten up with beautiful lights at night and will last for about 30 days. I did not visit it previously but this year, I paid it the first visit in the evening.

Tao Authentic Asian Cuisine is not new in Penang. There are two branches here at E-Gate and Autocity respectively. There are reviews around saying that Autocity one is better. We were in the island and to avoid traffic jam on bridge we choose the one in E-Gate for our dinner.
